Our Story

Metro Property Maintenance was inspired by a simple, real-life experience. After moving from North Vancouver to Burnaby, we found ourselves living in a high-rise with a large, beautiful balcony. It had so much potential—but like many outdoor spaces, it wasn’t as clean or inviting as it should have been. That’s when the idea clicked. We realized how many people have balconies and patios they don’t fully enjoy because of dirt, buildup, or lack of proper maintenance. So we decided to change that. Metro Property Maintenance was created to bring back the shine, offering professional balcony and patio cleaning services that transform outdoor spaces into fresh, clean, and relaxing areas.
